The estimated amount of capital required to start depends upon how many stores are to be opened.
The franchisor offers only 3 levels of stores
- A full-fledged Nannucci Service Centre (NSC)
- A Nannucci Family Outlet and (NFO)
- A Nannucci Express Store (NES)
Total store development costs are estimates only and may vary depending on numerous factors including but not limited to site location, size of premises, landlord's tenant installations allowance and what services you wish and which equipment size you need. As an indication, an NSC can cost upto R500,000.00 (five hundred thousand Rand) to establish whilst a NES can cost R75 000. This setup cost will generally include:
- Establishment Fee
- Shopfitting & Painting Costs
- Signage
- Flooring
- Electrical connections
- Domestic Sewing Equipment
- Industrial Sewing Equipment
- Heelbar Equipment
- Laundry Equipment
- Dry Cleaning Equipment
- Spotting table
- Polyrobe machine
- Commissioning & installation
Actual costs will be established and forwarded to the prospective franchisee for his/her approval.
Whichever components are decided upon, the franchisee should have the equivalent of 35% of this amount available in CASH. We have found this ratio to be the right one to enable the balance of the capital requirement to be financed through various means available to the prospective franchisee. |
