The franchisee will be authorized to use the Franchisor's name, logos, signs, advertising material and trademarks in accordance with the terms and conditions as specified in the Franchise Agreement. The agreement provides that such logos, signs, advertising material and trademarks shall be used only in respect of the franchised business and in the manner approved by the franchisor who shall also be entitled to authorize and require the franchisee to use these trademarks in such other manner in the business as may be determined by the franchisor. |
