The Franchise Agreement is a legal document between the franchisor and franchisee and is the most important document relating to your new Nannucci outlet. It is the legal, written version of the various obligations (including those covered above) and provides the formal valuable license to trade with our name, trademarks and proven operational procedures.
The agreement sets the platform in terms of which we enter into strategic associations with individuals who possess proven business acumen, the willingness and ability to invest, and the drive to succeed by delivering outstanding quality products and service. It is this belief in a business partnership that will grow the investment for the franchisee and franchisor and the brand into the future.
The Franchise Agreement runs for a minimum period of 10 years, whereafter it is renewable by mutual agreement for additional 5-year intervals. The franchisee is required to sign the relevant Lease for the premises either in his personal capacity or as the nominee of a legal entity. |
