Opening a Store

The entire timeframe is approximately 3 months –

Decide on your preferred geographical area
Complete the application form and submit to the various interviews & meetings
Pay the deposit towards the franchisee establishment fee
In conjuction with the franchisor, source a suitable site/business location(s) and obtain the salient parameters for a suitable lease agreement(s).
After securing suitable premises, sign all legal documents, i.e. Franchise Agreement, Lease, Loan Agreement, etc.
Our shopfitting, signage contractors, assisted by our professional retail design consultants as well as our equipment experts and installers will construct your new outlet within a period of 2 months.
During this construction period, you will be trained in all aspects of dry-cleaning, laundry and running a store, to ensure that you are well prepared for the opening of your store.
The theoretical component of the training will take place at our cape Town Head Office whilst the onsite, practical training will take place at one of our Cape Town outlets.
