A marketing, liaison and internal audit team responsible to ensure that the high operational standards and service quality are upheld at all times. To enhance the brand’s image our marketing effort is centralized and controlled from our head office in Cape Town. Marketing comprises:
  • value-added promotions
  • The design of posters and related marketing promotional material
  • Local advertising in newspapers and the occasional “special projects.
Our marketing team is responsible for:-
  • brand management – planning marketing campaigns throughout the year
  • Preparing effective marketing material to support these plans
  • Performing market research & competitor analysis to provide insight to product pricing
  • The evaluation of new cleaning agents & chemicals
  • Assisting franchisees with any area-specific advertising campaign.
  • Co-ordinating sponsorships of various events and doing generic brand advertising which also incorporates all franchisee stores.
Franchisees are obliged in terms of their agreement to contribute towards marketing which is designed to add value to the Nannucci brand, with the objective of improving customer satisfaction and increasing the turnovers and profitability at each store whilst at all times, welcoming feedback and ideas received from committed franchisees
