Providing operational assistance at the opening and initial running of the store
Operations Support to franchisees and assistance in all key performance areas.
After training, we help to ensure that the franchisee is able to keep the operations going by helping design the maintenance programs for all equipment. Franchisees are free to negotiate a maintenance contract with our engineering division to perform such maintenance, in which case, where a machine breaks down, we will help to ensure the proper servicing & repair.
Where required, we can arrange a backup for all your processing if and when necessary. This is offered at a standard rate between all franchisees. Conversely, within the franchise operation there will always be opportunities to process work of other franchisees within the particular market.
On-going telephonic support and expertise in ALL AREAS of the business, including access to our information provided by the International Fabric Institute, of which we are members.
