Our experienced technical operation team is able to provide ongoing support and assistance to franchisees (after 125 year there is now no longer ANYTHING that can happen to you in your business, that has not happened to us at SOME stage before !)
- Training by skilled staff, to enable you to know all aspects of the business so you can train your staff to operate in the correct manner.
- A Training & Operations Manual is presented to all franchisees when they commence training and must be utilized throughout the period of the Franchise Agreement. These manuals will be continuously updated and remain the property of the Nannucci Group at all times, and may under no circumstances be loaned out or reproduced in any way. The Manuals form part of the Franchise Agreement and is binding on the franchisee, inclusive of any amendments, additions or variations thereto. The relationship between the franchisor and franchisee is built upon the Franchise Agreement and the Training & Operation Manuals. Both documents should ensure the protection of both parties. It is only in this balance that a franchised business can prosper and a happy relationship develop.
- On site & "in situ"training to allow the franchisor to train all future staff and/or to act as backup, for future reference.
